Keeping things simple (and tall) is our middle name, so our return policy is short, simple and sweet. We expect you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we’ll fix any problems fast.
- Return the item(s) you bought unworn, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving for a free exchange or 100% refund. No questions asked.
- UK and USA customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to send back their item(s) free of charge!
- Customers outside the UK and USA are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to help make sure we get the item(s) back. We can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit, which is common with untracked services.
- We will process exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need your replacement urgently, make a new order and we’ll process a refund on your original order.
- We will process a refund to your card within 48 hours of receiving your return. It could take between 7-10 working days to show.
- If you get a defective item (you’re very unlucky if you do – but it happens), please take clear pictures and we’ll send a replacement within 48 hours (you don’t need to send it back to us).
